Residential Building

The contemporary architecture design for this residential building was done by our partner company LA Architecture. The architects would have considered several factors for the design, such as the physical requirements, user experience, aesthetics, the existing and projected vernacular of the surrounding areas, time, costs and functionality.

The engineering design for this concrete structure was done by Entech Consultancy Inc. and the following was produced:

   • Slab and reinforcement details

   • Sectional elevation of the building

   • Staircase details

 

Our design allows the contractor to utilize the information provided in the drawings and build without any difficulty. Additionally, we provide support for all our designs during construction.
