Apartment Building

The contemporary architecture design for this apartment building was done by our partner company LA Architecture. The architects would have considered several factors for the design, such as the physical requirements, user experience, aesthetics, the existing and projected vernacular of the surrounding areas, time, costs and functionality.

 

The engineering design for this concrete structure was done by Entech Consultancy Inc. and the following was produced:

   • Sectional elevation of the building

   • Bar bending schedule

3. Electrical Design

   • Electrical sizing and distribution between GPL – Generator – Building

   • Load Estimation – Lights, Outlets etc.

   • Generator sizing

   • Transformer sizing

   • Electrical calculations relative to the design

   • Electrical fixture placements (lights/electrical outlets/etc.)

   • Lighting considerations (Aesthetics & Functionality)

   • Outdoor lights – Fence, lawns, driveways, etc.

   • Interior lights – Chandeliers, standard room lighting, etc.

   • Outlet locations

   • Cable runs, connections

   • Electrical panel sizing and schedules tagged to each receptacle

   • CTV - Surveillance System design

   • Fire detection & alarms system design
