Technical Studies
We determine the feasibility of a proposed project through analysis. This would entail assessing the project's technical, financial, and economic viability, as well as taking into account any potential risks or challenges. The feasibility study's findings will be summarized in a report, which will include the results of the technical, financial, and economic analyses, as well as any recommendations for moving forward with the project.

Our engineers and Sworn Land Surveyors (SLS) are qualified and experienced. Furthermore, we used cutting-edge technology and modern equipment to achieve high precision while completing surveying tasks as quickly as possible.
Quantity Surveying
We estimate the quantity of materials required and cost that will form part of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) or estimates for your construction project. Additionally, estimation of the duration for the execution of the project will also be determined.
Construction Management
We plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to specific requirements from concept to completion. Our Project Managers would effectively manage project time, cost and scope to ensure the desired quality is obtained.
Project Supervision
We overlook the projects to ensure that it is built in accordance with the design. Track project time & cost, daily inspections, production of weekly, monthly & final reports & periodic update of work programs will all form part of the deliverables.
